Roy Moore accuser has issues galore

Leigh Corfman claims that when she was 14-years-old, Roy Moore, then 32 and an assistant district attorney, made a sexual advance toward her. She said that when he mother was to appear at a courthouse regarding a custody settlement, Moore, a stranger, offered to watch Leigh while her mother went into the courthouse.

"Sure, it isn't like we're strangers--we go back, what, ninety seconds?" the mother may have said. "Sure, you can watch her. I'll just be gone a few hours."

Now after looking at who Leigh Corfman is, a few things may throw some doubt in the veracity of her claim.

Corfman has been divorced three times--that doesn't make her a liar nor does it make her a bad person. It may simply mean she makes poor choices or that she's difficult to live with, or both.

I like the 'poor choices' hypothesis.

She has filed for bankruptcy three times, which supports the poor choice theory to a degree.

But Corfman had also alleged that several pastors at various churches made sexual advances toward her.

Newsmax's James Hirsen tweeted Friday:
"Purportedly Moore's main accuser Leigh Corfman has had three divorces, filed for bankruptcy three times, and has been charged with multiple misdemeanors. Posts on Moore's FB page indicate that Corfman, has claimed several pastors at various churches made sexual advances at her." -- James Hirsen (@thejimjams) November 10, 2017.
The Star reports:
She says that her teenage life became increasingly reckless with drinking, drugs, boyfriends, and a suicide attempt when she was 16.
As the years went on, Corfman says, she did not share her story about Moore partly because of the trouble in her life. She has had three divorces and financial problems. While living in Arizona, she and her second husband started a screen-printing business that fell into debt. They filed for bankruptcy protection three times, once in 1991 with $139,689 in unpaid claims brought by the Internal Revenue Service and other creditors, according to court records.
In 2005, Corfman paid a fine for driving a boat without lights. In 2010, she was working at a convenience store when she was charged with a misdemeanor for selling beer to a minor. The charge was dismissed, court records show.
The Washington Post  originally reported the story of Corfman's claim along with a claim by another accuser, Debbie Gibson.

Not surprisingly, the so-called newspaper failed to mention that Gibson has worked as a sign language interpreter for Hillary Clinton and Joe Biden. Nor did it mention that Gibson, who goes by the name Deborah Wesson Gibson on Facebook, supports Moore's opponent, Doug Jones.

According to The Gateway Pundit, there are Facebook posts that suggest Gibson wants to see Doug Jones become Alabama's next Senator.

On Thursday, a top Alabama political activist wrote The Gateway Pundit: "I think it's total malarkey! The opposition, McConnell included, will do anything to keep him out!"

With all those exclamation marks, it makes one wonder if the 'top Alabama activist' isn't really Donald Trump.

Doubtful!
