CNN does it again: doesn't know diddly

Some say it's proof that CNN (Crappy News Network) is populated by non-citizens who don't know the difference between La Marseillaise and The Star-Spangled Banner. Others who defend them say it's simply proof that their journalists have graduated from American colleges where they 'don't teach that junk anymore.'

A CNN anchor, Poppy Harlow, mistook the Star-Spangled Banner for the French National Anthem while covering President Trump's arrival in France Thursday.

The two anthems are easy to confuse, especially if you live in the Middle East, or in a cave.

POTUS is in France to meet with President Emmanuel Macron and they will celebrate Bastille Day tomorrow. The two leaders shook hands and a band played the US National Anthem.

"Let's just listen in to the French National Anthem for just a moment," the Blake School and Columbia University graduate said.

D-urp
People in the background whispered--a few "duh"s could be heard and some friendly snickering before the genius realized her mistake.

"The U.S., American national anthem, I should say," she said with a silly chuckle in her educated throat. "Let's listen."

When you cannot even know the difference between your own nation's national anthem and France's, how do you keep from getting hit by cars when crossing the street?

Harlow's screw-up is just one of myriad screw-ups as the Trump and his administration continue to characterize CNN as "Fake News."
