N. Korea may talk with U.S. "under the right conditions"

Choe Son Hui, a senior North Korean diplomat, supposedly said that Pyongyang would talk with the U.S. if conditions were right. As far as we now know, Choe, the foreign ministry director general for U.S. affairs, is still alive and thus, may be taken seriously.

The announcement was made to journalists in Beijing, according to a South Korean news agency.

Earlier this month, President Trump talked about meeting with the corpulent dictator of North Korea saying, "If it would be appropriate for me to meet with him, I would absolutely, I would be honored to do it. If it's under the, again, under the right circumstances. But I would do that."

He would. He would.

Choe was also asked if there were plans for talks with the new government of South Korea. He said, "we'll see."

New sanctions have been imposed on North Korea as well as serious wags of the finger, but there they have had no effect on their nuclear ambitions and ballistic missile tests.

In fact, North Korea has 'flipped the bird' at the U.S. as they have detained four Americans claiming they committed hostile acts and have threatened to "ruthlessly punish" them.

The State Department said that "we have no further comment due to privacy considerations."

President Trump would be honored if they do not punish them.
