Obama snuck $221 million to Palestinians as he made his exit

Washington -- According to officials, the Obama administration waited to the last minute before he walked out the door to sneak $221 million to the Hamas-loving Palestinian Authority that have been blocked by GOP members of Congress.

An official from the State Department and congressional aides said the Obama administration formally notified Congress it would spend the money Friday morning and that John "Hair-plugs" Kerry told some lawmakers of the move on Thursday, right before he left the State Department for the last time.

The aides said the notification was dated Jan. 20, Inauguration Day, and was sent to Congress just hours before Donald Trump took the oath of office. 

Some sources believe the reason they waited until the "Eleventh Hour" to inform Congress of the plan to flip off Israel by enriching their enemy is because they tend to suck. Other examples that support this notion are: the Bowe Bergdahl situation in which five Guantanamo Bay terrorist leaders were released in exchange for the traitor; and the commutation of Bradley Chelsea Manning's prison sentence for his traitorous behavior.

But the Obama spending didn't stop at the $221 million for the Palestinians. The administration also told Congress the same day that it was going ahead with the release of another $6 million in foreign affairs spending that includes $4 million for the horrors of climate change and $1.25 million for UN organizations that are largely controlled by the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, which, like Obama, hates Israel.

The aides were not authorized to speak publicly about this sneaky payoffs and demanded anonymity.

Congress had first approved the funding of the PA in budget years 2015  and 2016, but Ed Royce of California, the chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, and Kay Granger of Texas, who sits on the House Appropriation Committee had both placed holds on the moves the PA had taken seeking membership in international organizations. These holds are historically respected by the president but aren't legally binding once the money has been allocated. So Obama went ahead and "showed them the money."

This money to the PA is to be used for humanitarian aid in the West Bank and Gaza, to support political and security reforms and to help prepare for good governance and rule of law in a future Palestinian state. 

The chances of that happening without any of it going to Hamas are about the same as Madonna being a virgin who voted for Trump.
