Iran will not renegotiate nuclear deal

Tehran, Iran -- Abbas Araghchi, Iran's deputy foreign minister, stated emphatically that the nuclear deal between his country and world powers "will not be renegotiated" on the cusp of President-elect Donald Trump taking office on Friday.

Araghchi told reporters at a Sunday presser marking the one year anniversary of the crappy marriage between Iran and the world that "the new administration cannot abandon the deal."

He was, of course, referring to our country and next president, Trump, who was critical of the deal during his campaign and promised to renegotiate it. So far, however, he hasn't given any specifics on his plans but he hasn't even been sworn in yet.

The deputy foreign minister repeated an earlier empty warning by Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei who said, "If they tear it up, we will burn it," without saying what he meant by the comment.

John Kerry is still an empty suit.
