We finally punch back

We finally decided to punch back after the Houthis targeted U.S. ships twice in the course of four days. The ships were not hit and no Americans were injured, but we retaliated as well we should have the first time we were fired upon.

The U.S. fired Tomahawk cruised missiles which destroyed three coastal radar sites in Houthi-controlled territory Thursday.

In response to our retaliation to the Houthis attack, Iran deployed two warships off Yemen, which threatens to escalate tensions between us and the terrorist state. The Iranian ships were sent to the Gulf of Aden "to protect trade vessels from piracy," the semi-official and totally unbelievable Tasnim news agency reported.

There is no doubt that the U.S. has Naval superiority (not to mention moral superiority) over the Iranians. It's about time that we stopped allowing these terrorists to push us around.

I am glad President Obama finally listened to his military advisers and Ash Carter, and 'let the dogs out' because I believe this will promote peace, rather than war, when Iran sees what we can do.
