Hillary makes history, legally this time

Hillary Clinton has stopped yelling and is back to her tired, old speech about the "glass ceiling and how her uterus is making history. As boring as it was, at least she wasn't yelling. 

Donald Trump disregarded the latest controversy about his stupid remarks about Judge Gonzalo Curiel, the Obama-appointed federal judge of Mexican heritage. Instead, he spoke about Hillary Clinton, as he closed out primary season as the GOP nominee. He promised not to let us down.

After yesterday's wins, Trump now has enough bound delegates to clinch the GOP nomination and does not need "unbound" delegates. Unfortunately, the same is true for Clinton. She has defeated socialist, Bernie Sanders, but he's not giving up, the old fart.

Trump spoke to the crowd on Briarcliff Manor, NY. He spoke about Hillary, saying that she and her husband, the former President and White House stud, Bill Clinton, "have turned the politics of personal enrichment into an art form for themselves," adding that Hillary "turned the State Department into her own private hedge fund."

"They've made hundreds of millions of dollars selling access, selling favors, selling government contracts," he said, and also promised to deliver a devastating speech next week on Hillary, hinting that it will discuss her private email server while she headed the State Department.

While Trump made no mention last night about Curiel, he may have a point about the judge's ability to remain impartial over the Trump University suit--not because of his Mexican immigrant parents, but because of his affiliation with a lawyer's group that has ties to a Mexican group that is clearly anti-Trump in its messaging--but more to follow on that in the future.

For now, Trump is feeling the heat from his own party and it seems that the country is more interested in voting for a candidate based on demographics rather than merit. I only hope that I am totally wrong.

Nothing could be worse than another liberal in the White House.
