Taqiyya Diarrhea

The National Council of Canadian Muslims (NCCM) is suing Canada's Prime Minister, Stephen Harper demanding an apology and $100,000, but mostly $100,000, for a comment made by his administration when the anti-Semitic group criticized the inclusion of Rabbi Daniel Korobkin to join in a delegation with Harper and the Islamists on a delegation to the Middle East.

Jason MacDonald, the Harper spokesman in question, responded to the criticism of the rabbi, "We will not take seriously criticism from an organization with documented ties to a terrorist organization such as Hamas."

Ihsaan Gardee, the executive director of the terrorist-linked group, NCCM, found this statement of fact to be "categorically false, offensive and defamatory."  He failed to add: "Do not under any circumstances, allow the facts to sway your conclusions."

NCCM describes itself describes itself as an independent, non-partisan,, non-profit group working for human rights and civil liberties on behalf of Canadian Muslims." What NCCM does not say is: "But if we have to break a few Kosher eggs to make a Muslim omelette, that's just too bad."

Other appeaser groups such as the ultra-liberal Canadian Civil Liberties Association and the Canadian Association of University Teachers have offered support for the poor, Jew-hating, misunderstood, victims.

Their lawsuit is simple. It's based on what they say is a lie about their organization, that they are not tied to Hamas, not now, not ever. Let's give a look-see about that.

The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) has been proven to be linked to Hamas, the known terrorist organization. CAIR was established in June 1994 by 3 leaders who were members of the Islamic Association of Palestine (IAP). These leaders are: Nihad Awad, Omar Ahmad, and Rafeeq Jaber. All three of them think Hasan Al Banna (founder of the Muslim Brotherhood, hater of Jews and infidels everywhere) was the cat's meow. They sang his praises publicly and this is a fact.

The IAP is known to be a front for Hamas in the United States. Proof of that can be seen in a video by the Investigative Project on Terrorism. In it, Awad expresses support for Hamas when he spoke at Barry University in 1994. If you go to the Project on Terrorism website, you can see the video.

In 2000, CAIR-CAN was established. The parent organization is CAIR based in Washington D.C. CAIR was determined to be an arm of the Muslim Brotherhood in the Holy Land Foundation trial.

August 31, 2001, Washington-based CAIR leader's name is added as a contact in a CAIR-CAN press release that criticized Canada's National Post. A reference in the article is made where CAIR-CAN is referred to as "the Canadian office of the Council on American-Islamic Relations."

October 10, 2002: Washington-based CAIR applies for trade-mark for exclusive use of the acronym CAIR in Canada.

In 2002, a federal judge declared that the IAP (in Holy Land Foundation for Relief and Development v Ashcroft) had acted in support of Hamas.

In 2003, In a Journalists' Guide to Islam conceived by CAIR-CAN, the Washington-based CAIR is described as the "parent organization" for CAIR-CAN.

December 2003: CAIR-CAN chair, Sheema Khan (pronounced "con") swears in an affidavit that Washington-based CAIR "has direct control" over CAIR-CAN activities in Canada, as the organization fought a trade-mark battle.

In March, 2005, the Canadian government confirms that in Canada, the trade-mark acronym CAIR belongs to Washington-based CAIR.

Finally, on August 14, 2007, in a CAIR listing of its chapters throughout North America, CAIR-CAN appears on the list.

Now the NCCM is trying to gaslight us into believing they have no connection to CAIR, thus no connection to a known supporter of Hamas, thus no ties to terrorism. They may be able to convince Brandeis University and Vassar students of this, but the truth can be seen in the facts. 

When it suits their needs, they are part of CAIR. When it doesn't, they may have heard of that organization, but they're not a part of it. This is called 'taqiyya,' which is the Islamic permission to lie when it suits the needs of Islam. Mohammed (may peas be up in him) sanctioned taqiyya when he allowed Omar, his head terrorist, to lie in order to kill the profiting prophet of Islam's adversary.

All Harper's legal team needs to show is  NCCM's connection to CAIR-CAN which is also connected to CAIR, and thereby Hamas and the Muslim Brotherhood. 

If somehow the Harper government loses the case, you can bet that part of the $100,000 will go to fund terrorism.
