PMSNBC, Al Sharpton, Mickey Mouse

A recent article in Townhall Magazine discussed how Al Sharpton, aka Reverend Al Sharpton, hustled his way to Sanford, Florida in order to hustle a crowd of mostly black folk into believing that the shooting of Trayvon Martin was a racist crime.  A broken clock is correct twice a day, and Notsosharpton may be right on this one, but he has a history of fanning the fires of racism before all the facts are in. But hey, what do facts matter when you're a liberal?  And why should they matter when your whole career has been based on racism?

Sharpton used the word 'violence' in his speech in Sanford as frequently as our current President blames everyone else for his failures. Sharpton said, (as he oxymoronically included himself in the sentence) "We are going to act intelligent. We are going to act dignified.   And we're going to be determined.  We may be angry but we're not mad dogs.  We're too smart to fall for that."  Sharpton, in his use of the collective "we're" was likely referring to his audience and evidently not including himself in the smart category, and rightfully so.  He is as dumb as broken glass.

Joe Madison, the left wing radio host, aka "Black Eagle," and no relationship to a former President, claimed that the shooting of young Trayvon Martin, was an overt sign of racism, at which point Reverend Sharpton grabbed his pocket Webster's and looked up the word "overt."  Madison said, "The manifestation of that cultural valuing is that black people are undervalued, underestimated, and marginalized."  He was obviously not referring to the President of the United States, who was overvalued, overestimated, and voted into the most powerful position in the entire world.

Then Black Eagle, in a tone that reeked of yellow pus and bile said, "And let me say something to these Republican candidates, if I might.  Don't you ever, ever say that there aren't any role models in America."  He had a glare and a glint in his eyes that suggested his next sentence might be, "Or I will personally kick your lilly white butts all over the White House lawn," but thankfully, he remained mute.  Of course there are role models in America.  Barack Obama and his failed policies makes a perfect "Before" model as someone who pretends to be successful while having no clue how to run a country.  Eric Holder, in his role of Attorney General, would make a great model for a blaze orange prison jumper if justice is ever served on the head of the department with the same name.  But I guess that isn't really being a role model--maybe he'd be a good parole model.

Joe the Black Eagle Madison also stated that he, along with others, came to Florida to "protect" Mickey Mouse. Honestly, he said that.  He then added, "A little black fellow that wears black shoes, and he's got big ears.  Hell, if he had been wearing a hoodie, he would have got shot," Madison said, evidently forgetting that Obama has big ears, wears black golfing shoes, but didn't get shot when he campaigned in the Sunshine State.  There goes that theory down the drain.

But people like Sharpton and Madison need a platform in order to avoid being irrelevant.  So they chose the race platform and see everything through the tunnel vision of their choice.  Race may or may not be the issue here, but one thing for sure is that nobody knows the facts yet.  But facts are not as important to liberals as feelings are.  If it feels like a racist act, then that's good enough for Sharpton.  He can run with it, insofar as Sharpton can run anywhere with his heft, fat butt, and hot air.

Let's never forget the fool Sharpton was in the 1987 case with Tawana Brawley and the "factual" claims he made against six white defendants, among them Dutchess Country D.A. Steven Pagones.  Along with Alton H. Maddox and C.Vernon Mason, Sharpton stirred the boiling pot of racial anger with crowds of angry protestors who wanted Pagones tarred and feathered for this atrocity.  Only it wasn't true and even Brawley admitted she was lying about being raped by six men.  Pagones sued for $395 million but was awarded $345 thousand through a suit filed for defamation of character against Rev. Al, Maddox, and Mason.  The jury found the Rev. liable for his seven defamatory statements against Pagones, while nailing Maddox for two and Mason for one. This ordeal cost Pagones more than the money he was awarded as it was integral in ending his first marriage and cost him so much in grief.  Such is an example of what unfounded claims can do--but Sharpton did not learn much from this lesson, perhaps because his followers paid his $65 thousand fine.  He lost nothing from it and learned the same.

I don't know if Zimmerman killed Martin for racial reasons--perhaps he did--but I can't judge what I don't know.  I believe, from what I've heard so far, that Zimmerman was waty out of bounds for pursuing Martin. Neighborhood watchers watch, not pursue.  I believe from what I've heard, that Martin was viciously and needlessly gunned down and executed and that Zimmerman shot an innocent victim.  But I don't know what he was thinking because I am not privy to the evidence.  I definitely know that I would never want to be anything like an Al Sharpton or Joe Madison.  They are opportunists and snakes.

Racism still exists in America, but it is no longer the biggest problem we share.  I think our biggest problem now is Islam and their world agenda.  To call me Islamophobic is exactly what Islam wants you to do.  They invented the word to shut us up and shame us into thinking we're being racist when we question jihad and sharia. Islam is not a race--it is an ideology--a very flawed ideology that needs to see the light of day in our discourse.  If only the very right and Reverend Al Sharpton would put his energy into the bigger problems we face we could deal with this problem as equal brothers in arms.

If you are interested in Islamic terrorism and suspense, my latest novel, Jihad Joe, is now available both in soft cover and as an Ebook--I have provided the links below.  A New York City reporter is taken hostage by terrorists and must escape, or be beheaded the following day . . . the clock is ticking.
